Building the future
of manufacturing together
Every Hyperion venture is built with established manufacturing partners who bring deep process knowledge, proprietary technology, and production track records that would take years to replicate from scratch.
Partnerships
Hyperion does not build alone. Every manufacturing venture in the portfolio is built with partners — established companies that bring deep process knowledge, proprietary technology, and production track records that would take years to replicate from scratch.
In return, Hyperion brings capital, a global platform, AI-driven manufacturing infrastructure, and access to customer networks that transform a strong regional manufacturer into a world-class global supplier.
The Hyperion partnership model is built on long-term commitment, shared ownership, and mutual value creation. We are not a financial acquirer. We are a co-builder.
AGNIT Semiconductors is a fab-lite GaN semiconductor company with over 17 years of GaN expertise rooted in research at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. AGNIT designs and develops GaN wafers, RF devices, components, and modules for strategic, defence, and telecommunications applications. The partnership combines AGNIT's GaN IP and device expertise with Hyperion's IDM manufacturing infrastructure, capital, and sovereign customer access.
iVP Semiconductor is an Indian power semiconductor company building next-generation chips and power modules for electric vehicles, renewable energy, and industrial automation — with a product portfolio spanning power MOSFETs, DC-DC converters, LDO regulators, integrated traction solutions, and solid-state relays.
Matterwave is an Indian semiconductor company focused on advanced power electronics and next-generation chip solutions. The partnership integrates Matterwave's device expertise into Hyperion's vertically integrated IDM platform, broadening the Group's semiconductor product portfolio and sovereign manufacturing capabilities.
Addverb is a global robotics company specialising in warehouse and factory automation, with a portfolio spanning AMRs, assembly line robots, autonomous forklifts, robotic sorters, and ASRS systems. Backed by Reliance and operating globally, Addverb is Hyperion's primary robotics and factory automation partner — the physical intelligence layer that brings Hyperion OS's software-defined manufacturing vision to life on the factory floor.
